All Tickled Toe orders will be shipped within approximately 2 weeks of the receipt of your order.  Tickled Toe shoes are wrapped presentable for gift-giving.  Your purchase will be shipped priority mail USPS.  Please indicate if you prefer insurance and an additional feel will be charged.

For international deliveries, please contact us for shipping quotes. (Additonal charge will incur for shipping than what is priced at checkout) All items will be shipped internationally US Airmail. 

Because our canvas shoe creations are hand-made, we cannot offer refunds. We will, however, be happy to exchange sizes for you if necessary!  Contact customerservice@tickled-toes.com within 30 days after receipt of your order to receive your return authorization.  Your exchange will be processed with 15-20 days after we receive your unworn shoes. Please note a $6.00 shipping charge will be added to all size exchanges.
